The Philharmonic Winds is back with Singapore Compose 2015! This latest instalment of our popular concert series continues to feature outstanding local composers. And because it's happening in our milestone SG50 year, we thought it would be extra meaningful to open it up for anyone who wishes to attend. Yes, you read that right - free concert featuring fabulous original Singapore wind music!
